Hanpu delivers EPC turnkey MVR evaporator crystallization systems for lithium hydroxide (LiOH·H₂O). This single-effect MVR line is designed for about 4 t/h evaporation duty* (feed-dependent), concentrating lithium liquor and producing stable, low-impurity crystals. We integrate MVR evaporation, forced-circulation crystallizers, pusher centrifuges, crystal washing, and condensate polishing to minimize energy and maximize yield.

High steam use and OPEX, chloride-induced corrosion, scaling/fouling at high LiOH concentrations, off-spec condensate quality, and unstable crystallization kinetics. Our MVR-based solution provides low-temperature evaporation, optimized hydraulics, materials selection (e.g., SS316L / Duplex 2205 / Titanium), and CIP/online washing to keep heat transfer stable.

Core idea: reuse your own vapor as heating medium. The compressor raises vapor temperature so it can condense on the exchanger side and boil more liquor—closing the energy loop.
Compared with steam-driven effects, MVR cuts fresh steam demand dramatically, lowers operating temperature, and improves specific energy for lithium liquor concentration.
